Personally I enjoy letting out my feelings when I’m anger,
I feel like this is the best way for me to express myself and let people know
how I feel. Holding things in doesn’t help anyone; it leaves people wondering
what is wrong with you and leaves you feeling upset and stressed out. Sooner or
later you are going to have to let out your feelings and if you let things
build up letting them out is going to be one hundred times worse then if you
did it at the time of the problem. The outcome of this can sometimes lead to
conflict, but handling it at the time being is going to solve the problem and
make things easier in the future. I’ve learned from many past experiences that
i cannot hold my frustrations in and not say anything; the best way for me to
solve the problem is to let everything out at once.

ReplyDeleteI think this was a pretty good post. I like how you clearly stated that you "enjoy" letting your feelings out when you are angry. I am the total opposite. I do not like to letmy feelings or what I am thinking out. I do agree with you in some point when you stated that keeping your feelings in can make you feel stressed out. Sometimes I feel that way but that is very seldom for me. i agree with you that letting your feelings out can sometimes lead to conlfict but solving the problem makes it alot easier. Overall, I thought this was a very good post. Keep up the good work!
