When it comes to dealing with
conflicts I would say that I use a relationship-centered orientation. Dealing
with conflicts for me starts with whom the conflict is with. How the person and
I are related and what the conflict is about. I like to avoid conflicts as much
as possible, but they are inevitable. Once I encounter the conflict I like to
get to them bottom of it as soon as possible and find a resolution. I do not
see any reason why to prolong conflicts and drag them out. That only builds up
the problem and makes things worse. Usually my conflicts end pretty quickly and
with a good resolution. I enjoy getting to the bottom of these situations and
learning from them the best that I can. I feel like we can learn a lot through
our conflicts, a lot about ourselves as well as the people around us.
