Final Post

Throughout this semester I have learned many different things in terms of communications and conflicts. For example, the most important thing that I have learned throughout all of this is the fact that no matter what, conflict is going to be inevitable. There is no getting around it or avoiding it, but you can manage it. I learned that stopping yourself, thinking about the problem, listen to what the other person in the conflict has to say, and then communicating and using your words rather then your actions can be a great way of dealing with conflicts. Most of the time the conflicts in our lives are not really that big of deal; they are simple things that we tend to blow out of proportion and make it seem worse then it actually is. I learned most important how to use words and communicate effectively with people in my life rather then resort to conflict.
